The apartment is a Bungalow which comes with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, living space and balcony. The Bungalow is also furnished with a sofa, desk, chairs and table also included. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with 2 hot plates, mini oven, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls and everything you need. Also had a fridge and a freezer. I will also provide bed linen and it also comes with lots of storage space.
The total price for the renting of the Bungalow will be 580euros for a month and a third (31st Jan - 10th March). The price includes everything including Internet.

It is in a very good location located right in the heart of the Olympic village. You can see both the Olympic tower and stadium from the Bungalow. Its a truly amazing area of Munich and very relaxing with the BMW museum also a stones throw away. There is plenty to do within the area such as swimming, tennis, football, cycling and running.
Marienplatz is just 7 stops away and takes less than 10 minutes of the U3 subway. There is also a pub (The bierstube) 40m away which offers cheap beer, food and a great atmosphere.
The laundry room is a communal room around 50m away with washing machines and dryers for 50cent each. There is also storage for bicycles. 50m away there is a also a mini centre which caters for all your needs including a post office, a Tenglemann, a Sports Bar, an Apotheke, convenience store, kebab and pizza restaurant and take-away and also an Asian restaurant.
