Die Studiowohnung ist ca. 34 qm groß, EG, EBK, Bad mit Dusche und WC. Es gibt einen großen Westbalkon mit Blick in den Innenhof. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Eine zusätzliche Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Keller.
Sie befindet sich in ruhiger Wohnlage in Ramersdorf und hat eine gute Anbindung an das MVV-Netz. Zum Bus sind es 1 Gehminuten, der Sie dann in 5 minuten zur U-Bahn Karl-Preis-Platz bringt. Aldi, Edeka, Ärzte, Friseur, Banken sind in der näheren Umgebung gut erreichbar.
Die Miete beträgt derzeit 600€ warm.
