The main living area is open planned with 3 living zones. Kitchen area: Consisting of tiled floor with underfloor heating. Full kitchen with white cupboards, sink with hot-water heater, cooker with 4 ring hob and 3 shelf oven. Fridge. Microwave. Fully equipped with utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, kettle.
A separate bathroom consisting of: A white bath with shower, sink and toilet. It has underfloor heating, a small storage cupboard and a Velux window.
Dining/Living area has a large expandable table and chairs. It is carpeted with underfloor heating. Large sofa, coffee table, Sat-TV connection is available.
The bedroom area has a large bed, lots of shelving, large set of draws and a free standing cupboard.
There is extensive electric lighting throughout the apartment. Natural light comes from 3 Velux windows all with blackout blinds and a large double opening window with pull down shutter. There are full length mirrors.
2 doors lead in to the apartment from a sizeable landing area. You have your own door bell and post box.
There is room for bike storage in the basement.
Ample parking in the street.
The road is residential, but quiet. We are within 2 minutes walk from open fields, biking and walking tracks.
Sauerlach is in a highly sought after cosmopolitan area, very popular with young professionals.
The S3 train link is a 6 minute walk from the house and it takes approx 20 minutes to reach Munich city centre. It is quick and easy to travel to Taufkirchen 7 mins, Holzkirchen 10 mins, Giesing 15 mins. Ottobrunn is a 10 min drive. There is also regular bus services to all local towns.

There is easy access to motorways enabling speedy travel to Munich the Alps, Austria and Italy.
The town has many amenities; A variety of supermarkets, shops, bakeries, doctors, dentists, a library and good quality restaurants. A local VHS hosting various courses. A large sports hall offering many sporting activities and cultural events, a Tennis Club, Football Club and a Ski Club. Nearest ski slopes are less than an hour away.

The apartment is accessible via the main house entrance and stairway of the family home. The family rooms are away from the stairs so privacy is not an issue.
The preference is for a 1 year + rental agreement. However, we are flexible.
A weekly, basic clean and clothes wash is also included within the price.
We are a small quiet English family, very friendly, flexible and sociable.
There is a lively family dog who loves to play!
