Hallo! Ich vermiete meine 30m² Wohnung in München Schwabing. Sie ist ideal für eine Person, 1 Zimmer, Kochnische,Bad mit WC, Balkon, Keller. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Schlafsofa,Schränke, Tisch,etc.), die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Spüle, Geschirr...)
U6 Haltestelle Nordfriedhof direkt vor der Haustür. Englischer Garten,Supermarkt, Sparkasse,Ungererbad..alles was man zum Leben braucht um die Ecke!Münchner Freiheit 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Miete ist 510 Euro warm. (Strom kostet nochmal ca. 30 Euro monatlich, je nachdem wie viel du verbrauchst).
Zu vermieten ab dem 1.3.,für ein halbes Jahr, der Einzug ist aber auch früher möglich (ab dem 26.2.). Möglcherweise auch länger. Die Kaution ist eine Monatsmiete.
Ich studiere grade in Wien und komme am Samstag 26.2 Nachmittag zwecks Besichtigung nach München. Also wenn dir die Wohnung gefällt, und wir uns einig werden, machen wir einen Vertrag und du kannst gleich einziehen.
Die Besichtigung ist am Samstag (26.2.) ab 16 Uhr möglich. Bitte mach dir einen Termin mit mir aus.

Hello, I´m renting my 30m2 flat in munich Schwabing from the first of march until the end of august. Perfect for erasmus students. Only 10 minutes from LMU.The flat has fully furnished and has a kitchen and a bathroom and a small balcony. The rent is 510Euro +~30 Euro for Electricity. (deposit is 500€)
You can visit the Flat next saturday (26.2.) from 4 o clock in the afternoon.
