da ich für 6 Monate fürs Praktikum nach Erlangen ziehe, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter/in für mein vollmöbliertes Studentenapartment im privaten Studentenwohnheim Unity A.
Das Apartment ist 21,97 m2 groß und verfügt über eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette und eine kleine Küche, die durch das Badezimmer von dem Schlafzimmer getrennt ist (siehe Bilder). Außerdem gibt es einen großen Balkon.
Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschine (1 Euro) und Trockner (50 Cent). Es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller, Gemeinschaftsräume und Grill-und Beachvolleyballplatz.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 549 Euro (alles ist schon inbegriffen). Ich zahle noch 20 Euro fürs Internet und Router. Die Kaution ist 1311. Das ist die Kaution, die ich beim Einzug auch gezahlt habe, und sie wird deinem Auszug zurückgezahlt.

Das Apartment darf nur an Studenten vermietet werden. Du musst auch eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben!!!

Hi everyone!
Due to my 6-month internship I want to sublet my fully-furnished student apartment in private student dormitory Unity A in Munich Freimann.
The apartment is 21,97 m2. It has its own bathroom and small kitchen. There is also a big balcony.
There are washing machines (1 euro) and driers (50 cent) in the basement. Bicycle parking is also in the basement. There is also a volleyball court.
The apartment costs 549 euros monthly warm (everything included). I pay in addition 20 euros for Internet and router. The deposit is 1311 euros. I paid it as I moved in. You will get your deposit when you move out.
The apartment can be rented only by students and you also need liability insurance!!!

Die Lage von dem Apartment ist sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. In 20 Minuten bist du schon an der Universität (LMU). Die U-Bahnstation Freimann ist 15 Minuten entfernt.
Aldi ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Eine Bäckerei ist auch vor der Tür.

There is a bus stop in front of the dormitory. In 20 minutes you are at the university (24 - for Marienplatz).
Aldi and bakery is also near the dormitory.
