Hey,
Ich ziehe früher als geplant aus meinem 1-Zimmer Apt. im Studentenwohnheim Heidemannstrasse aus. Daher vermiete ich es ab sofort noch bis Ende März unter.
Aufgrund der Regularien des Studentenwerks kann ich das Zimmer nur an eingeschriebene Studenten vermieten (dabei ist die Uni egal, es muss keine Münchner Uni sein.)
Die Wohnung selbst ist eine typische Wohnheimswohnung, die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr die neuste, aber es ist alles drin, was man so braucht (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kühlschrank,...).
Das Fenster geht leider zur Nordseite raus. Dafür ist in den 300€ alles dabei, auch das Internet (allerdings per Kabel, d.h. du bräuchtest noch einen Wlan-Router, da kann dir aber zur Not auch einen leihen).
Ca. 7 min zu Fuß zur Ubahn Haltestelle Kieferngarten, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür.
Ein Edeka ist um die Ecke.
