Das Apartment ist voll möbliert und bieten neben Bett, Schrank und Wäschekommode auch Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, Esstisch mit separatem Stuhl sowie ein vollwertig ausgerüstetes Bad. Die praktische kleine Küchenzeile mit Kochfeld und Kühleinheit lädt zum Kochen ein. Schnelles Internet ist vorhanden. Die Miete deckt alle anfallenden Kosten ab.
Der Balkon bietet viel Platz zum Sitzen und Sonnen.
Grüne Außenflächen stehen für unterschiedlichste Aktivitäten bereit (zB. Basketballplatz und am Bänke und Sonnenschutz mit Grill direkt am Bach) und Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen wie Partyraum und Waschkeller mit Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrocknern sichern zusätzlichen Komfort.

The flat is fully furnished and includes a separate bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is a bed, cupboard, wardrobe, desk and dinning table with chairs.
The balcony (facing south) is perfect if you want to relax.

The green areas outside are very nice and there is also a bar for use by the community. In addition, you can BBQ close to the stream or play basketball. Washing machines and dryers are available in the cellar.

Die U6 und die unmittelbare Busanbindung (3 min zu Fuß) sorgen für eine gute Anbindung. Mit der Linie 181 kommt man in wenigen Minuten zur Studentenstadt oder Haltestelle Freimann (U6). Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 6 min an der U6 (Freimann und Kieferngarten).
Die Wohnung liegt an den Isarauen in direkter Nähe zum Englischen Garten. Von hier aus kann München von Nord nach Süd durchradelt werden – und wer gerne joggt, bekommt direkt vor der Haustür den Kopf schnell wieder frei. Nicht nur der Englische Garten und die Isar sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar zu Fuß, sondern auch der Fröttmaninger Berg mit toller Aussicht über München. Um die Ecke (3 min zu Fuß) liegen Discounter (Aldi), Biergarten, Bäckerei und Cafés.

The flat is situated near the U6. The bus 181 (3 min on foot) takes only a few minutes to get to Studentenstadt (U6) and cycling it takes 6 min to reach Freimann and Kieferngarten (both U6).
Aldi, a bakery, restaurants and a Biergarten are just around the corner.
The english garden and the Isar is only a short distance away on foot. The Fröttmaninger hill is also close by and offers a great view of München.
