Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert: Sie verfügt über ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Bett, einen geräumiger Schrank, eine Mikrowelle, und einen weiteren kleinen (Ess-)Tisch mit Stuhl. Die Wohnung hat eine private Küche, ein privates Bad und reichlich Stauraum.

This is a spacious one-bedroom apartment in a private student residence. It is located on the first floor, with the patio door opening onto a small terrace in the landscaped garden with beautiful shady trees. The apartment is fully furnished: it has a desk with chair, a bed, a spacious wardrobe, a microwave, and another small (dining) table with chair. The apartment has a private kitchen, a private bathroom and plenty of storage space.
Die Lage gleich neben den Isarauen ist ruhig, ist aber gleichzeitig gut angebunden. Eine Bäckerei und Supermarkt (Aldi) sind gleich gegenüber. Eine Bushaltestelle (Bus 181) ist ebenfalls direkt vor dem Haus. Die U-Bahn (U6, Freimann und Keifergarten) ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus 181 erreichbar. Auch die Isar ist in weniger als 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar!

he location right next to the Isarauen is quiet, but at the same time is well connected. A bakery and supermarket (Aldi) are just across the street. A bus stop (bus 181) is also directly in front of the house. The subway (U6, Freimann and Keifergarten) can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or by in 5 mins bus 181. The Isar is also less than 15 minutes walk away!
Da es sich um eine Studentenwohnung handelt, verlangen die Vermieter einen Studiennachweis und einen Nachweis über eine Haftpflichtversicherung.
Am meisten freue ich mich über Anfragen auf Englisch - Deutsch ist aber natürlich auch ok.

Since this is a student apartment, the landlords require proof of study and proof of liability insurance.
I am most happy about inquiries in English - but German is of course also ok.
