Im Herzen von Schwabing ist diese 28 Quadratmeter große Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung eine schöne Option für dich, um Weihnachten zu verbringen und ins neue Jahr zu starten. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete kleine Küche mit Geschirrspüler und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Das Bad hat seine besten Jahre schon hinter sich, wird aber durch den geräumigen, lichtdurchfluteten Hauptraum wieder wettgemacht.
Dort gibt es ein großes Doppelbett, einen Tisch und einen Stehschreibtisch zum Arbeiten mit einer Stereoanlage.
Im Dezember werde ich über den Atlantik rudern und suche daher jemanden, der sich um meine schöne Wohnung kümmert.

In the heart of Schwabing this 28 square meter one-room apartment is a nice option for you to spend Christmas and start into the new year. There is a fully equipped tiny kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub. The bathroom has seen its best years, but is made up for by the spaceous light flooded main room.
There is a large double bed, a table and a stand-up desk to work with a stereo system.
In December, I am rowing across the Atlantic and hence look for somebody to take care for my lovely place.
Super nah am Verkehrsknotenpunkt Münchner Freiheit und U Bahn Station Dietlindenstraße. Dort befinden sich die U-Bahn-Linien 3 und 6, die dich in Kombination mit den Bussen und Straßenbahnen in kürzester Zeit zu deinem Ziel bringen. Für die Autobesitzer, gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermartk (REWE), aber auch in der Umgebung gibt es vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Ein Lidl, ein dm, ein Biomarkt, Restaurants, Bars, etc. es gibt genug Möglichkeiten.

Super close to transport hub Münchner Freiheit and U Bahn station Dietlindenstraße. There are the underground lines 3 and 6 which, in combination with the busses and trams will take you around in no time. If you have a car, there are free parking spots within 15 minutes walking.
Directly opposite you will find a grocery market (REWE), but there are manifold options around. A Lidl, a dm, a bio market, restaurants, bars, etc. You wont get tired of options.
Im Moment gibt es kein WLAN, aber es gibt günstige Optionen mit einem Monatsvertrag, um das zu beheben.
Da ich nur für drei Monate weg bin, wäre es nett, wenn Sie sich um meine Post kümmern würden, während ich weg bin.

There is no wifi at the moment, but there are cheap options with a monthly contract for you to fix that.
