Die Wohung ist etwa 24 m2 groß, besitzt ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen kleinen Flur, ein Bad und eine separate Küche. Einen Großteil der Möbel würde ich für euch natürlich in der Wohnung lassen, damit ihr ihr gut darin wohnen könnt. Ihr dürft euch aber auch eure eigenen Möbel mitbringen, falls ihr mögt, da bin ich recht flexibel. Waschmaschinen befinden sich im Keller des Hauses und können gern mitbenutzt werden!
Zu der o.g.miete kommt noch die „geliebte“ GEZ und Internet dazu.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Maßmannpark. Die nächste Ubahn ist die Theresienstraße mit etwa 7 min Gehweg. Aber auch die Ubahn Stiglmaierplatz ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.
Nicht weit von der Wohnung ist die Schellingstraße mit all ihren Bars (die dann hoffentlich bald auch mal wieder öffnen) und Restaurants und genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:)
Ebenfalls ist man schnell am Olympiapark und im Englischen Garten.
