Ich suche eine Nachmieter für meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung ab 01.08.11:
- Balkon.
- Kleine Einbauküche (mit Backofen).
- Einbauschrank im Flur.
- Bad mit Dusche.
- Waschmaschine und Trockner im Haus.
- Gute Verkehrsandindung: U2 Hohenzollernplatz (5 min zum Hbf), U3 Bonnerplatz, Bus 54, Tram 27...
- Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind bei Fuß erreichbar.
Bei Interesse meldet euch einfach bei mir.
Besichtigung zwischen 05.07 und 07.07 möglich.
*Wegen der viele Anfragen:
- 400€ inkl. Heizung. Strom, internet, telefon muss man selbst zahlen!!!
- Die Wohnung is unmöbliert (nur Einbauküche und Einbauschrank bleiben).
- Die Wohnung wird nur an einzel Personen vermietet.
- Keine Zwischenmiete
Wegen der Fühle der Interessenten kann ich nicht der Zeit noch keine telefonischen Vereinbarungen treffen. Der Zeitpunkts des Besichtigungs Termines werde ich euch
via email mitteilen.

*Just a note for international students/candidates: The owner will not rent to erasmus or to students that will stay only for one semester or for some months in Munich. Also she will not rent to more than one person. Other students are wellcome as long as they can show they have the means to support themselves during the stay. She will expect you to be able to communicate at least with basic German. Last but not least, the flat is free from 1st August, don't ask please for a later date or for a temporary rent. I will take all the information from the people interested and send it to the owner: I will not be the one choosing. Good luck with the flat hunting! :-)
