Würde ab März 2014 meine Wohnung gerne vorerst für ein Jahr (evtl. auch Verlängerung möglich) an einen Wochenendheimfahrer untervermieten, da ich selbst auswärtig eine Ausbildung anfangen werde. Am Wochenende brauche ich die Wohnung selbst, da ich dann wieder nach München komme.
Voraussetzung ist, dass meine Sachen pfleglich behandelt werden und natürlich setzt dass auch absolute Zuverlässigkeit voraus.Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs gleich um die Ecke. Anbindung zur U-Bahn (Hohenzollernplatz)/Bus/Tram (auch Nachtlinie).
