Es handelt sich um ein Appartment mit Balkon und separater Küche. Das Bad (Badewanne, keine Dusche) wurde vor wenigen Jahren saniert. Fahrräder können im Keller abgestellt werden. Das Haus hat insgesamt vier Stockwerke und die Wohnung befindet sich in drittem Stockwerk. Die Größe des Appartment beträgt 31 m^2.
Ein Bett mit Matraze und ein Schreibtisch sind vorhanden, ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Das Internet ist sehr schnell (>50 MB/s). Allerdings müsstet ihr euch selber um einen Anschluss kümmern, da mein Vertrag zum Jahresende endet.
Das Appartment befindet sich am Luitpoldpark. U-Bahn und Tram(Petuelring) sind nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung zum Luitpoldpark ausgerichtet ist. Der nächste Discounter ist etwa 5 Minuten weg.
Ihr solltet idealerweise das Appartment für den ganzen Zeitraum mieten. Nur an Nichtraucher.
