Schwabing-West is a lively district in the north of Munich, embedded between Neuhausen in the west, Milbertshofen in the north, Schwabing in the east and Maxvorstadt in the south.
The nearby street Karl-Theodor-Straße takes you directly to Leopoldstraße, Munich's famous boulevard with lots of small streetside cafes and shops.
A variety of outside-leisure activities are offered in the <a href="https://www.olympiapark.de/en/olympiapark-munich/">Olympiapark</a>, the Luitpoldpark with open air swimming pool, as well as the English Garden with its riverside meadows, walkways and beer gardens.
BWM-museum, BMW-world and Olympia-hall are reached quickly. The Schwabing clinics are also not far from the apartment.
The studio apartment is on the 1st floor of a 6-story building. As it is facing the rear garden area, you are not bothered by street- or city noise, but still are close to the throbbing live of the district.
The neighborhood offers everything you need for your daily live, and moch more that makes live great: A supermarket is located in the adjacent building. You find plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants along Belgrad- or Karl-Theodor-Straße.
Access to public tranport is very good. The subway station (U2/U3 Scheidplatz) is 400 meters away. From there, you reach central station (Hauptbahnhof) with 5 stops. A tram (#12) passes by in front of the house. The city center at Marienplatz is only 8 minutes away.
Limited parking opportunities along the street (residential parking license available for 30 Euros per year from the city).
An own outside parking space behind the building can be rented from building management.
