Die Zimmeraufteilung ist wie folgt:

Hall: 6qm
Die Warmmiete beträgt derzeit 625€ (plus 20€ Strom und 20€ Kabel Internet).
Die Wohnung ist 50m weit von Leopoldstrasse und somit absolut zentral in Schwabing. Giselastrasse U-Bahn 2min zu Fuss. Münchner Freiheit 5min zu Fuss.
Ich suche eine 2 oder 3 Zimmer-Wohnung ab 70 qm in zentrumsnaher Lage (Altstadt, Lehel, Au-Haidhausen, Ludwigsvorstadt-Isarvorstadt, Maxvorstadt, Schwabing)
