Hey,
ich suche einen verlässlichen Untermieter bzw eine verlässliche Untermieterin :)
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, sehr zentral und gut angebunden - hat ein großes Bad und einen noch größeren Balkon. Sie ist komplett möbliert (Schreibtisch, 140 cm Bett, etc - siehe Bilder).
Die Konradstraße liegt direkt auf der Grenze zwischen Maxvorstadt und Schwabing - d.h. zentraler kann man eigentlich nicht wohnen und dennoch ist es ruhig.
Falls ihr noch Fragen habt, lasst es mich wissen und schreibt mir gerne auch was zu euch :)
