I will be travelling in Sri Lanka l for a month for my vacation so I hope someone can enjoy my room while I am away. All bills are included for 560 euros for 5 weeks. If you would like to move in slightly later that is also possible.
It comes with the following furniture:

- There is a bathroom with sink, toilet, bath and shower near my room which is shared with one female housemate and one male housemate
- There is also a second toilet next to my room which is very convenient
- Large kitchen, all utilities are available for use
- Large fridge and freezer
1 minute away from bus stop which goes to Münchner Freiheit (every 10 mins) and takes less than 5 mins.
This is great for connections on the U6 and U3.
It is also 2 minutes away from several other main bus routes.
South direction: Odeonplatz, Marienplatz, Universitat and Senglinger Tor
North direction : Studentstadt, Fotmaning and Garching
1 minute away from Edeka just on the corner as well as a pharmacy next to the bus stop.
3 minutes away from another convenience store which is open 24 hours 7 days a week (great for when everything in Munich is closed after 8pm or on Sundays!)
Also there are several restaurants / fast food places nearby too.
10 minutes away from many offices such as Microsoft, Man, Amazon Deutschland.
I live with a Swiss-German dude who is a PhD student in Astrophysics and a Ukrainian girl who grew up in Greece and works as an architect. Both are very chilled out, friendly and enjoy cooking together and listening to music. They are speak many languages (German, English, Russian, Greek and Italian) and both enjoy travelling.
