Ich gebe meine Wohnung zum 1.1.2021 (oder 1.2.2021 / 1.3.2021 - bin da flexibel ) mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge auf. Ich werde zu meinem Freund nach Rosenheim ziehen.
Die Miete ist 695€ kalt - 795€ warm.
Der Garagenstellplatz muss mit angemietet werden. Das sind normal 70€. Allerdings kann dieser untervermietet werden (ist er aktuell auch schon).
Ich möchte gern fast alle Möbel (außer eine Kommode, meine Matratze und die Balkonmöbel) in der Wohnung lassen. Die Küche habe ich 2018 neu einbauen lassen (inklusive Geschirrspüler). Die Wohnung ist also perfekt für alle, die noch keine Möbel haben.
Für die Küche möchte ich eine Ablöse von 1.700€ (Neupreis vor 2 Jahren: 2.500€) und für alle anderen Möbel (inkl. TV, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank,...) 1.500€.
Die Wohnung ist somit komplett eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung ist nur 2 Gehminuten vom Hohenzollernplatz entfernt und liegt direkt neben dem Bayerpark (kurz vor dem Luitpoldpark).
