Hi,
Ich suche für einen Monat einen Zwischenmieter, da ich eine neue Wohnung beziehen werde.
Die Wohnung hat 33 m2, eine Wohnküche, ein kleines Bad ohne Waschmaschine (Waschmaschinen Keller mit Münzeinwurf im Haus) und einen super schönen, großen Südbalkon.
Bei Bedarf kann ich mein Bett mit Matratze und einen Kleiderschrank in der Wohnung für die Zeit drinnen lassen. Gerne aber auch bereits mitnehmen oder an Interessenten verkauften werden :)
Internet Vodafone Verbindung gibt es auch und man kann wunderbar von zu Hause arbeiten.
Die Lage ist grandios. In nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Münchner Freiheit und am Englischen Garten.
Ich freue mich über 1 Person, die für einen Monat eine Wohnung sucht.
