Der Balkon geht zum Hinterhof, und wie die Fensterfront über die gesamte Wohnungsbreite, was die Wohnung sehr hell macht. Im Winter scheint dadurch die Sonne flach in die Wohnung, im Sommer idealerweise nur auf den Balkon.
Eine Abschließbare Fahrradgarage befindet sich im Hinterhof. Dort ist auch die bepflanze erhöhte Gartenterrasse zur Mitbenutzung. Die Wohnung hat im Eingangsbereich, Bad und Flur hellgrauen PVC- Belag, im Stau- und Wohnraum Echtholzparkett. Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, 4 Plattenherd und Ofen ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hohenzollernplatz. Die U2 Hohenzollernplatz direkt vor der Tür. Falls Schwabing also nicht ausreicht ist man in ca. 8 min im Glockenbachviertel. Bäcker, Supermärkte, Apotheken etc. liegen rund um die Wohnung. In ein paar Minuten ist man Elisabethmarkt, Mit dem Fahrrad gehts auch in wenigen Minuten zur Uni, Olympiapark oder englischen Garten. Anwohnerparkplätze gibts für ein Jahresgebühr von 30€ direkt vor dem Haus.
