Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich suche eine Nachmieterin für das wunderschöne Apartment mit Balkon. Die Wohnung ist perfekt geeignet für eine Person.
Vorteil der Wohnung ist der Balkon, der super sonnig ist und die Lage.
Die Möbel auf den Bildern bleiben nicht in der Wohnung. Es gibt jedoch einen Einbauschrank im
Eingangsbereich. Die Balkonmöbel würde ich gerne als Ablöse an die Nachmieterin verkaufen.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral (10 min laufen zum Hbf) und direkt neben dem Shoppingcenter Forum und an der Theresienwiese. Das Viertel ist super, vor allem die Cafés und die Atmosphäre. Body and Soul befindet sich direkt im Nebenhaus.
Für die Bewerbung beim Vermieter müssen die üblichen Dokumente eingereicht werden (Entgeldnachweis, Schufa (request now) , Kopie des Personalausweises).
Die Wohnung kann gerne besichtigt werden.
Ich kann am besten immer Abends.
