Ich möchte für 3 Monate verreisen und suche daher jmd, der gut auf meine Wohnung achtet und sie genauso gern mag, wie ich.
Die Wohnung ist eine schöne, 2020 sanierte 35qm große 1-Zimmer-Wohnung direkt am Harras.

Austattung:
- komplett möbliert
- Internet
- TV
- Bad mit Badewanne
- abgetrennte, voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Tür und Fenstern) mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc
- großer Balkon
- Aufzug
- Waschraum im Keller

Verkehrsanbindung:
- Die Wohnung liegt direkt über der U-Bahn Station Harras (U6)
- die S-Bahn (S7) ist ca. 3 min zu Fuß entfernt
- um den Harras verteilt fahren ganz viele unterschiedliche Buslinien (auch Nachtbusse)

Fürs alltägliche Leben:
- Edeka, Lidl, dm, diverse andere Supermärkte alles fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen
- große Postfiliale am Harras
- Westpark und Sendlinger Park in der Nähe
- ein paar gute Restaurants (Stenz, Spezlwirtschaft, Yumira, Pizzeria Europa, ...)

Der monatliche Preis setzt sich folgendermaßen zusammen:

- Kaltmiete: 600€
- Nebenkosten: 150€
- Internet: 30€
- Möbelnutzung, Elektrogeräte, ...: 70€
-> Summe: 850€

Dazu kommt einmalig eine Kaution von 850€.

Meine Hausverwaltung braucht bei einer Zusage (spätestens 3 Wochen vor Einzug) vom Untermieter folgende Unterlagen:
- Gehaltsnachweis der letzten 3 Monate
- SCHUFA (request now) -Auskunft
- Kopie des Personalausweises
- ausgefüllte Selbstauskunft (da hab ich die Vorlage)
