Perfect transport connection:
U3 (Obersendling): less than 5 min by foot. This is the 3rd ring.
S7/S20 (Siemenswerke) and BOB (Siemenswerke, stops on working days): 10-15 min by foot
S7 (Mittersendling): 10-15 min by foot
MVV Bus 144: 2-3 min by foot (surprisingly it is in the 2nd ring though quite close to the U-bahn station)
Additional responsibilities you will have:
Cutting the bushes, mowing the grass in the garden (electrical grass-mower belongs to the flat).
We are moving out and searching for the tenant who will overtake the flat. We are interested in the tenant who will overtake the flat "as it is", without much renovation from our side.

The flat will be available from 16.05.2014 or later (landlords are still deciding on this). Unfortunately landlords (nice aged couple) do not speak English, so the fluent German speaker(s) will definitely have preference in their eyes.
Costs:
Kalt: 550 EUR (I pay 520. As I was signing the contract landlords raised it once for 30 EUR and promised to keep it on this level till the end of the renting period. So expect the same for yourself)
+80 EUR (Nebenkosten)
+40 EUR (underground duplex parking, you cannot decline the renting of it but you can always sublease it on your own)
= ~ 670 EUR total
