In der Zeit ab dem 12. August bis zum 10. September sind wir nicht da. Ich würde in diesem Zeitraum einer Zwischenmieterin ein Zimmer unserer Wohnung zur Verfügung stellen.

About the apartment:
The whole apartment is spacious (106m2), luminous, the combination of wooden floor and terracotta tiles in the kitchen (fully equipped) and entrance give it a Mediterranean flair.
So far, everybody considered the style and shape of the rooms as cosy and friendly.
It is nearby the river Isar, the zoo and the famous Flaucher (natural preserve) and the beautiful Flaucher beergarden, as well as near the city center (15 minutes by the underground) in the green area of Thalkirchen.
There are two supermarkets, a bakery and other small shops five minutes walking distance from the house.
3 Minutes walking distance to the underground station Thalkirchen (U3).
The new roommate and I will have a common 'Untermieterverhältnis' with a two month period of cancellation and a security deposit of 1240.- (two*monthly rent).
We stopped renting on Airbnb the guest room and dormitory, which would be the room for the new roommate, but you can still take alook at the whole appartment here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/972314
