ab den 5.10 oder vieleicht schon füher suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine gemühtliche 1 Zimmerwohnung. Dusche und WC teilt man sich mit 2 netten Nachbarn meistens hat man es aber für sich alleine. Ich würde meine Möbel alle verkaufen, das sind ein großes 1,40 cm großes Hochbett, ein Sofa, 1 kleiner Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen und zwei weitere kleine Tische, eine Kommode, zwei Regale, ein Kleiderschrank, ein TV Tisch sowie ein Kühlschrank und ein Pizzaofen.
Die Lage ist wirklich Perfekt und ruhig auch bei offenen Fenster woraus man auch keine schlechte Aussicht hat, die U1 Candidplatz ist 3 min entfernt wenn überhaupt mit der ist man in 5 min beim Hauptbahnhof, 2 weiter Busse gehen zum Marienplatz in 10min in die eine Richtung und 5 min zum Zoo, der andere geht über den Ostbahnhof zur Münchner Freiheit, zu Fuß zur Isar sind es 10 min durch einen schönen Park.
In der nähe gibt es einen Tengelmann und gleich gegenüber einen weiteren Supermarkt,sowie 3 Bäckereien, eine Sparkasse eine empfehlenswerten Pizzaservice und weiter Lokale
