Ich suche eine-/n Nachmieter/-in zum 15. odet 20. Dezember für meine Wohnung in Untergiesing-Harlaching (5 Minuten Fußweg von der U-Bahn-Station St.-Quirin-Platz). Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 10 Minuten Fahrt mit U1.
Die Wohnung ist 26qm und hat eine separate Küchenzeile ohne Fenster, Bad mit Badewanne und einen kleinen Balkon Richtung Innenhof.
Voraussetzungen des Vermieters:
- Nettogehalt mindestens 1500 Euro
- unbefristeter Arbeitsvertag
- Möbelübernahme in Höhe von 850 Euro.
Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2022 frisch gestrichen und neu möbliert (Ikea):
2 Kleiderschränke
Großer Schreibtisch
Einzelbett mit Matratze
2 kleine Wandschränke
Außerdem ist eine Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine da (jeweils 1 Jahr alt) und ein Kühlschrank (gekauft vor 2 Monaten, noch unverpackt).
Ich zahle aktuell 555 Euro warm, es könnte sein, dass die Miete etwas erhöht wird.
