Die hier zur Zwischenmiete angebotene wunderschöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt unweit des Wettersteinplatz mitten in Giesing im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Wohnung erreicht man per Treppenhaus oder Fahrstuhl.
Die Wohnung besitzt über einen kleinen Flurbereich mit kleinem Abstelleck, ein innenliegendes Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie ein geräumiges, helles Wohnzimmer.
Die Küche ist abgetrennt vom Wohnraum, was für eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung absolut wünschenswert ist. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen geräumigen Balkon, mit Blick Richtung Osten.
Die Zimmer sind alle mit modernen wärmeisolierenden Fenstern ausgestattet, die wunderbar von der (nicht stark befahrenen) Seitenstraße abschotten.
High-Speed Internet ist fast selbstredend natürlich vorhanden.
Ich gebe die Wohnung komplett bezugsfähig.
Sollte die Waschmaschine im Bad nicht reichen, gibt es auf dem Dachboden Münzwaschmaschine inkl. Trockenraum.
Die Wohnung besitzt über keinen separaten Keller, das Hochbett bietet jedoch einiges an Stauraum. Ein Fahrradkeller ist vorhanden.

The beautiful 1-room apartment offered here for interim rent is located not far from Wettersteinplatz in the middle of Giesing on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. The apartment can be reached by staircase or elevator.
The apartment has a small hallway area with a small storage corner, an interior bathroom with a shower, and a spacious, bright living room.
The kitchen is separated from the living room, which is absolutely desirable for a 1-room apartment. In addition, the apartment has a spacious balcony, with a view to the east.
The rooms are all equipped with modern heat-insulating windows, which beautifully seal off from the (not busy) side street.
High-speed internet is almost self-evident of course.
I give the apartment completely ready for occupancy.
If the washing machine in the bathroom is not enough, there is one in the attic coin-operated washing machine including a drying room.
The apartment does not have a separate basement, but the loft bed offers some storage space. A bicycle cellar is available.

Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn Station Wettersteinplatz. Die U1 bringt dich in nicht mehr als 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem verkehren mehrere Buslinien, sowie Straßenbahnlinien, die dich in alle Himmelsrichtungen nach München und Umland bringen. Für Autofahrer geht es direkt auf die Tegernseer Landstraße, mit direkter Anbindung an das große Verkehrsnetz.
In direkter Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte, Ärzte, Apotheken, sowie weitere Läden des alltäglichen Lebens. Das McFit Giesing ist fußläufig in 5min erreichbar.
Die Straßenbahn nach Grünwald hält fast vor der Haustür. Fußballfans dürfen sich auf die unmittelbare Nähe zum Grünwalder Stadion und der Säbener Straße freuen.

The apartment is conveniently located close to the Wettersteinplatz subway station. The U1 takes you to the main station in no more than 10 minutes. In addition, there are several bus lines and streetcar lines that take you in all directions to Munich and the surrounding area. For drivers, it goes directly to the Tegernseer Landstraße, with direct access to the major transport network.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are several supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, as well as other stores for everyday life. The McFit Giesing is within walking distance in 5min.
The streetcar to Grünwald stops almost at the front door. Soccer fans can look forward to the immediate vicinity of Grünwalder Stadium and Säbener Straße.
