Ich suche eine Wohnung zur Langzeitmiete in der Nähe des Hauptcampus der TUM

Ich suche eine Einzelwohnung oder ein Zimmer in einer WG. Außerdem können meine zwei Freunde und ich eine ganze WG für drei Personen mieten.
Adresse: möglichst nahe an einer U-Bahn-Station oder am Hauptcampus der TUM (Maxvorstadt).
-Dauer: ab Oktober.2023 für mehr als ein Jahr.
-Miete: maximal 850 Euro pro Mieter, Warmmiete.
Voraussetzungen: Einzelwohnung, Einzelzimmer einer WG oder 3-Zimmer-WG; Anmeldung erlaubt; möglichst mit Küche. Gegenseitiger Respekt zwischen den Mitbewohnern ist erwünscht. Seit kurzem auch offline zu besichtigen. (Ein Klavier wäre super.)

Ich bin eine weibliche internationale Studentin aus China, die für 1 Jahr ein volles englisches Masterprogramm an der Technischen Universität München studiert. Ich rauche nicht, ich mache keine Party zu Hause und ich habe keine Haustiere. Ich liebe Sauberkeit, Ruhe, Sport, Fröhlichkeit und Respekt vor anderen. Ich möchte mein Zimmer ordentlich halten. Obwohl ich viele Sachen habe, muss ich sie vernünftig organisieren, wahrscheinlich wegen meiner Sturheit als Studentin der Naturwissenschaften.
Was meine Hobbys angeht, so mag ich Musik, Essen und Reisen. Ich kann Klavier und Flöte spielen, tanzen und Yoga machen. Ich bin kein professioneller Musikstudent und übe mein Instrument zu Zeiten, in denen ich andere nicht störe.

-My personal information:
I am a female international student from China who is studying a full English Master's program at the Technical University of Munich for 1 year. I don't smoke, I don't party at home and I don't have pets. I love cleanliness, quietness, sports, cheerfulness and respect for others. I'd like to keep my room tidy. Although I have a lot of stuff, I have to organize them reasonably, probably because of my stubbornness as a science student.
As for my hobbies, I like music, food, and travel. I can play the piano and flute, dance and yoga. I'm not a professional music student and I'll practice my instrument at times that don't bother others.
