Working International Masters Student

I am from Turkey and I am going to do masters at TUM in the field of Communications and Electronics Engineering. I am also planning to work part time in Munich after my arrival. I am a quiet and silent guy and I can get along with anybody and wouldn’t have any problem with my neighbours. I am a very clean person and it is important for me that the place I am living in is clean and tidy. I can buy any furniture that is inside the flat. My courses are going to start at October so I am planning to rent the room from 01.10 and I would like to rent it at least for a year. I have my blocked account and also my other bank statements that I can show to you. I don’t have a preference regarding the location but I would prefet if it was close to a subway.
