Hello,
I am looking for a small flat in Munich (also suburbs) for March and April.
Flat requirement are:
1) clean flat
2) internet connection
3) TV, SAT is better
4) park place (also public park nearby)
5) near public transportation
6) kitchen and bad are mandatory
I have no particular preference for the location, however ideally i prefer a quite area near some green area.

I am a 26 years old Engineer, clean and tidy, I will be in Munich for a german language course.
