ich heiße Dinakar Raj K C. Ich komme aus Indien. Ich bin 24 Jahre alt. Ich habe A2 in Deutsch gemacht . Ich kann ein bisschen Deutsch sprechen und verstehen. Jetzt lerne ich B1. Mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut,weil ich ein Ausländer bin aber ich möchte Deutsch lernen.
I have received an admit from Technische Universität München for Communication engineering. I am looking for a long term/short term accommodation, while your advertisement caught my attention.
I am pretty much impressed with the advertisement. Would love to be your Tennant. I'll be landing in Munich on September 23rd. I don't mind moving in whenever it is available and don't mind paying the entire September months rent.

I am a non smoker , non alcoholic , clean , tidy and hygienic guy who is fit and active.
