Hi ich bin Leopold - 25 Jahre alt und beginne im Oktober mein Referendariat in München.
Ich bin ein ruhiger, nicht rauchender und sehr ordentlicher Mieter. Haustiere habe ich nicht und möchte ich auch in Zukunft nicht haben.
Nachdem ich längere Zeit in einer WG gelebt habe möchte ich nun ausziehen und alleine wohnen.
Ein Balkon wäre mir sehr wichtig und für die Wohnung wünschenswert.
