Reliable couple of students look for a place in Munich

I'm planning to move to Munich with my girlfriend since we are both going to attend TUM for an exchange year but we would really like to settle in Munich also after this period at TUM and after our graduation, so we are looking for a place near Maxvorstadt initially from October 1st to more or less mid/end of August but with the hope and possibility to prolong our stay. We are very calm person, cleaning and order our definitely among our top priorities. We are both studying at master degree level Management so we are interested in business and finance together as more chill topics such as sport or reading. We really like to cook, explore places and go for a hike on the weekends
