PhD student at TUM looks for a 1 room flat from September!

Hi!
My name is Martina, I am 24 years old and in August I will move to Munich to start my PhD at TUM (informatics department, even if I will always consider myself a physicist)!

I am looking for a flat or a flatshare starting from the beginning of September and since I will be in Munich from the beginning of August I will also have time to visit the properties by then.

Since it's my first time living in Munich I don't have any furniture yet, so that furnished houses are preferable, but I could definitely buy some (like a bed, a desk and so on). The only fundamental requirement for me is to have a furnished kitchen!

In the case of flatshares, I would like to say that I am a quiet, clean and easy-going person, I would like to find people to share some time with too but as I like to have my privacy I respect others' too!
Concerning my hobbies, I really like outdoor activities (such as trekking and rock climbing), playing and watching basketball, cooking and so on!
