max. 1280€ pro Monat/ non-smoker/ student/ no pet /one person

I'm an international student from Taiwan now studying in a language school in Munich, and preparing for applying for a college this year in Germany.
Because of that, I want to find a safe and quiet place to live from 12. Feb (flexible) until the beginning of July, and I can afford max. 1280 € per month.
And also i need to Anmelden, it's important to me because I will stay over 3 months.
About why I need to find a new place:
I supposed to live in a host family who made a contract with my language school but they are not friendly and don't allow me to use the kitchen, also, the location is a little bit too far away from my school.
About my financial situation:
Because of my visa type, I can't work in Germany now, but I've a blocked account which automatically transfer me 997€ every month, and also in my bank account will be a sum of money to cover my monthly rent and deposit.
About myself:
I'm 18 years old and this year on May is turning to 19.
Taiwanese and speak Chinese, English and a little German and Japanese.
I have no pet, don't smoke, also I'm single, no husband or children and I've no criminal record and live a simple life.
