Hello :)
I would like to sublet my apartment for 3 months (can be extended for a few more days) from 5th November 2023.
The apartment is fully furnished, which includes - sofa cum bed in the living room, sofa in the balcony, 2 balcony chairs, work/study desk, wardrobe and complete kitchen utensils including dishwasher.
It is a modern construction and the apartment is on the second floor. It also has a lift. There is a big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun at times. Smoking is allowed in the balcony.
All rooms have large windows, and it is usually very bright during the day. There is also a rowing machine in the balcony. There is a TV with chromecast, so you can connect to chromecast and watch whatever you feel like. :)
The location is Frauendreißigerstrasse 5.
The bus stop is right outside the apartment, less than a minute walk. The bus 55 takes you to Karl-preis-platz (U2) in 8 mins, to Ostbahnoff(U5 and Sbahns) in 15 mins and towards Neuperlach zentrum in 12 mins. There is no issue with the frequency of the buses.
There are many bakeries and restaurants in the area. Aldi is 4 mins walk from the apartment, and Edeka is one stop away by the bus.
The area is quite residential and calm. There are also salons right across the street.
Unfortunately, KVR won't be possible. But a sublet contract can be provided.
