Hello, I'm subleting my apartment for 2 months since I'll not be in Munich most of the time for work. The time period is negotiable as I can sublet it to someone from June 2 - July 27 and July 27 - August 25. The second period is not certain yet as my work-package is being updated. It's a furnished studio apartment, right on Hohenzollerplatz U2 subway station.I ask for €1900 for the period June 2 Sunday morning - July 27 Saturday morning. The deposit is €300 (FYI: I pay €1350 for rent per month). It's a silent building, so please don't make any noise after 10 pm. Since it's my personal area, I'd ask you to use the flat gently.

U2 Hohenzollerplatz is 1 min away.

I can show the flat outside of office hours. Since it's a sublet, you are not going to be able to register your address here. It means getting an Anmeldung at KVR is not possible. GEZ radio tax is already getting paid by me. Let me know if you have any questions. The sublet contract will be made by you and me at the latest on Saturday, June 1st. You'll get the keys on Sunday early morning. I will ask for the deposit and the first month's rent on the same day, cash preferred.
