Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne möbilierte Dachgeschosswohnung in Berg am Laim. Der Nachmieter muss die Möbel ablösen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit zwei weiteren Wohnungen und hat einen separaten Eingang von hinten. Sie ist etwa 36m2 groß mit einem kleinen Balkon.
Die U-Bahn Linie U2 ist in 5Min zu Fuß erreichbar, die Tram ist ebenfalls in der Nähe und man ist schnell im Zentrum.
Supermärkte, Apotheke etc sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Der nächste Supermarkt ist Edeka und in 5Min zu Fuß erreichbar.
