Leider muss ich meine geliebte Dachgeschosswohnung verlassen. Sie besteht aus einem kleinen Flur (den ich als Mini begehbaren Kleiderschrank nutze), Bad, Küche und Wohnbereich. Der Wohnbereich ist L-förmig , so dass das Bett derzeit in einer Nische steht und ein wenig abgetrennt ist von dem Rest. Vor der Wohnungstür ist ein kleiner Flurbereich, den du auch noch nutzen kannst. Die Küche ist separat und das Bad hat eine großes Fenster
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einen Rewe, die Einkaufsstraße, den Domplatz (ideal für den Wochenmarkt) und die ULB. Restaurants, Clubs und Kneipen (z.B. Jüdefelderstraße) sind ebenfalls zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Jedoch noch weit genug weg, dass du trotzdem deine Ruhe hast. Eine Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 1 Minute entfernt. Zum Hbf kommt dort alle 5-10 Minuten ein Bus.
Manche Möbel (Wachmaschine, Bett und Sofa) würde ich an der Nachmieter für einen kleinen Preis übergeben.
Die Küche sowie alle Wandlampen sind vom Vermieter gestellt
