Bei dieser Wohnung handelt es sich um eine sehr schön, helle Neubauwohnung in einer angenehmen Lage mit einer ruhigen Atmosphäre. Ich ziehe zum 30.05 aus, die Wohnung wäre dementsprechend ab dem 01.06.2024 bezugsfertig. Ich würde gerne die Küche und das Regal in der Abstellkammer von dem neuen Mieter übernehmen lassen für einen Abschlag von 500€. Das kleine Regal im Bad würde ich dazuschenken und der kleine Tisch mit den Hockern kann auch gerne für 60€ übernommen werden, muss aber nicht:).
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden, man ist in ca. 4 Minuten am Bahnhof Münster Nord und die Bushaltestelle ist 1 Minute von der Haustür entfernt.
Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Aldi, ein Fitnessstudio und noch andere Geschäfte. Ein Edeka ist auch in der Nähe.
Man kann auch noch meinen Stellplatz für 50€ mehr mieten.
Ein Kellerraum ist auch vorhanden.
Direkt vor der Haustür sind mehrere Bushaltestellen und der Bahnhof Nord ist fußläufig 4 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 13 Minuten bis zur Stadtmitte und ein Aldi und Edeka sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, sowie ein Fitnesstudio und weiteres.
