Die Wohnung ist sehr gut renoviert und befindet sich in einem Guten Zustand.
Relativ große Badezimmer und absolut schalldicht zu den Nachbarn. Somit ist auch mal lauteres Musik höhren in dem Objekt kein Problem.
Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich und eine super Wohngemeinschaft im Haus.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor wenigen Jahren kernsaniert: neue Elektrik, neues Bad, Böden, Tapete; und ein Einbaukleiderschrank befindet sich in der Diele .
Ein pflegsamer Umgang mit der Einrichtung, insbeosndere der Küche, ist ein muss.
Die Küche inklusive aller elektrischen Geräte ist Eigentum des Vermieters.
Neuss-Erfttal, vorne an der Kreuzung. Somit schöne Wohnlage von Neuss Erfttal, in der Nähe vom Einkaufszentrum. Direkte Anbindung an die A57 und A46 und öffentliche Personenverkehr ist auch sehr gut gelegen, zum Bahnhof Norf oder dem BUS 841 und 849.
Direkt vor der Wohnung befinden sich ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze sowie ein PennyMarkt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs.
