München Hauptbahnhof liegt circa 20 Minuten mit dem S-bahn entfernt.

Keine Partys und keine laute Musik ist nach 22uhr erlaubt (Sorry, nicht meine Regeln, Gebäude-Regeln. (Sie gelten auch für Gäste)

This single room (studio) apartment with posh amenities is in a modern beautiful complex. Beautiful view from the balcony (needless to say there is a balcony :D) There is 1 double bed. A large smart TV and a cooking corner with oven and stove.
House rules:
No house parties, no loud music, specially after 10pm (Sorry, but not my rules, they are building rules!)

Liegt im herzen von Oberschleißheim. Der Bahnhof ist 7 Minuten zu fuß, und mit Sbahn S1 braucht man knapp 20 Minuten bis München Hbf.
Es gibt ein Supermarkt (Rewe), Apotheke und Bäckerei 200m entfernt von der Wohnung.

The apartment is in the heart of Oberschleißheim. The Sbahn Station is just 7 minutes by foot and S1 take just about 20 minutes to reach Munich Central Station.
There is a super market (Rewe), a pharmacy and a bakery just 200 meters away.
