Das Zimmer befindet sich im Paterre eines Doppelhauses, ist ca. 32m² groß, nach Bedarf komplett jung möbiliert inklusive TV und verfügt über eine Wohnküche mit Küchentresen samt Zubehör. Außerdem stehen ein Abstellraum, ein Duschbad und ein Carport zur Verfügung. Mit Internet und Telefonflat gibt’s das ganze warm für 290 €.
