1-Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom 04.03.-29.04.24

Hallo :-) Ich suche eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für meine sehr gut gelegne und schöne, helle, gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung (2.OG) vom 22.09.-28.11.23. Sie befindet sich im Erlanger Zentrum (ca. 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis in die Fußgängerzone, Supermärkte, Apotheken, ÖPNV alles direkt um die Ecke) und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie wird komplett möbliert und voll ausgestattet vermietet. Sie hat einen schönen Balkon, eine Küche mit einem großzügigen Kühlschrank, ein separates Gefrierfach und eine Spülmaschine. Schreibtisch, Bett, Kleiderschrank usw. ist alles da. Vom Wassersprudler, bis zur Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr usw. wird alles mitvermietet. Außerdem sind in den Kosten bereits sämtliche weitere Kosten wie bspw. für das WLAN mitinbegriffen. Im Keller befinden sich 2 gemeinschaftlich genutzte (Münzwurf-)Waschmaschinen, 1 Trockner und Platz zum Wäsche aufzuhängen. Außerdem wird ein Stellplatz direkt vor der Haustüre mitvermietet. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein überdachter Fahrradstellplatz. Ich werde in dieser Zeit verreist sein und suche eine Person, die es sich hier gemütlich machen möchte und die verantwortungsvoll mit der Wohnung umgeht. Hey there :-) I am looking for an interim tenant for my very well laid out and beautiful, bright, cozy 1-room apartment (2nd floor) from 22.09.-28.11.23. It is located in the center of Erlangen (about 7 minutes by bike to the pedestrian zone, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport everything right around the corner) and yet very quiet. It is rented fully furnished and fully equipped. It has a nice balcony, a generous refrigerator, a separate freezer and a dishwasher. From the water bubbler, to the coffee maker, dishes, etc. everything is included in the rent. In addition, the costs already include all other costs such as for example for the WLAN. In the basement are 2 shared (coin-operated) washing machines, 1 dryer and space to hang laundry. In addition, a parking space directly in front of the front door is also rented. There is a covered bike parking space behind the house. I will be out of town during this time and am looking for a person who would like to make themselves comfortable here and who will be responsible with the apartment.
