DE: Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer Wohnung im Studentenwohnung Unikum. Das Wohnheim gibt es erst seit Ende 2018 und ich bin die allererste Mieterin der Wohnung. Es gibt ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche, eine Küche und einen Balkon bzw. verglaste Loggia. Der Apartment selbst ist ziemlich hübsch und gemütlich und möbliert (Schreibtisch, Esstisch, Bett, Garderobe und Schrank). Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Westseite und die Sonnenuntergänge sind immer schön :) Es gibt einen Waschraum mit genügend vielen Waschmaschinen und Trocknern.
ENG: It is a 1-room apartment in the student residence Unikum. The dormitory exists only since the end of 2018 and I am the very first tenant of the apartment. There is a private bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a balcony or glazed loggia. The apartment itself is quite nice and cozy and furnished (desk, dining table, bed, wardrobe and closet). The apartment is on the west side and the sunsets are always beautiful :) There is a laundry room with enough washing machines and dryers.
DE: In der Nähe (2-5 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es 3 Supermärkte, eine Post, und alles mögliche, was man gerne in der Nähe hat. Direkt vor dem Wohnheim gibt es eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 266 zwischen Klinikum Großhadern U6 - Planegg S6, Linie 267 zwischen Lochham S6 - Fürstenried West U3 und Linie 259 zwischen Pasing und Martinsried). Man braucht 30-40 Minuten zur Innenstadt und 20 Minuten nach Pasing. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt vom Biozentrum LMU und 10 Min zu Fuß vom MPI für Neurobiologie und MPI für Biochemie. Außerdem es ist schön grün und ruhig.
ENG: Nearby (2-5 minutes walk) there are 3 supermarkets, a post office, and all kinds of things you like to have close by. There is a bus stop right in front of the dorm (line 266 between Klinikum Großhadern U6 - Planegg S6, line 267 between Lochham S6 - Fürstenried West U3 and line 259 between Pasing and Martinsried). It takes 30-40 minutes to the city center and 20 minutes to Pasing. 5 min walk away from Biocampus LMU and 10 min walk from MPI of Neurobiology and MPI of Biochemistry. Besides it is nice green and quiet.
