Summer Short-Stay 1-Bedroom/Studio

Hello!

I am looking for a 1-Bedroom or Studio unit anywhere in Potsdam, preferably east of Sanssouci Park, from 24/05/2024 to 24/08/2024 - no registration required.

I am a 4th-year Canadian student from the University of Alberta participating in a 3-month internship with the Alfred-Wegener-Institut climate research organisation at Telegrafenberg. I am very clean and respectful, so I would take great care of your unit over the summer. I plan to spend most of my free time exploring Potsdam and Berlin by bike, or travelling Germany visiting several universities to consider for graduate studies! I am learning German and hope to immerse in Germany's many cultures as much as I can during my stay.

I have no preference for the size of the apartment, and just need basic furnished amenities including a bed, desk, and an equipped kitchen. Protected bike storage would be great, but not a necessity. I unfortunately cannot provide a SCHUFA (request now) because I am from Canada, but I can provide proof of funding from my internship provider if requested!
