Hello, im offering my apartment in Riga old town in exchange for an apartment in Germany as I moved there for work reasons and it looks impossible to find an apartment.
About the apartment:
The apartment is located in a new building in the Heart of Riga and was renewed in October 2020.
It's on the first floor with elevator renewed at the beginning of 2023.
Is a studio apartment of ca 28 squared meters with kitchen and huge bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a window with a small balcony, and inside the apartment complex there is a courtyard.
In the apartment is included a king size bed, table with 2 chairs and a very big wardrobe with kitchen with induction plates and fridge. A mini oven can be taken with a 20eur extra.
In the toilet there's a new washing machine that has to be bought for 120eur.
Smoke detector is installed inside the house.
Expenses vary from 60eur in the summer to max 130eur in the winter and include heating, water, electricity, security guard and stairs cleaning.
Small pets such as hamsters, rats, birds, reptiles and fish are allowed.
The apartment is located in the heart of old town Riga, 5 minutes away from freedom monument.
Train station is 10 minutes walking distance. Bus stop with line 22 going to the airport is 200 meters away.
Supermarket and Department store are within a 5 min radius.
For those interested in restaurants, bars and casinos everything is very near to the apartment.
Inside the apartment there is a very good heating system which is perfect for the very hard winters in Latvia.
The central location also provides a lot of options for food and grocery delivery in case you don't want to leave the house.
