Looking for someone (preferably a student) to rent out my room in a student accommodation for the period from 1.6.2022 - 30.6.2022 (moving in date can be discussed but moving out date is fixed). The studio is only the ground floor, fully furnished with a bed, a table and a chair with kitchen (small oven, fridge, stove). Feel free to use everything available there as well (plates, bowls, spices, etc). There is small bathroom with shower. Everything can be used by yourself and no need to share with anyone so your privacy is ensured. There are washing machines and driers available at the basement of the building.
The building located in Salzburg Süd, 5mins walking to bus stop and from there you can get to city center within 10-15mins. The train station is 10mins away and from there you can get to Salzburg Hbf within 15mins as well. Within walking distance, there are billa, hofer, spar, dm, mcdonalds, etc. It is also very close to Schloss Hellbrunn and Salzach so very nice for a walk or running or bike riding.
The rent is €410/month. There is a deposit of €300 which will be returned to you at the end of the rental if there is no damage in the room. Anmeldung is not possible.
