Bin für mein Praktikum im Ausland und suche einen verlässlichen Untermieter/in.
Die Wohnung ist ab dem 1. Januar bis zum 28. Februar ca. oder Anfang März frei.
Im Preis sind alle Nebenkosten inbegriffen (Allgemeine Nebenkosten der Wohnung, Strom und WLAN und Fernsehanschluss)
Die Lage ist super für Studenten, eher ruhige Gegend, es gibt ein kleines Rasenstück hinter dem Haus und einen eigenen Schuppen.
Bis auf ein Kalax Regal wird an Möbeln alles wie auf den Fotos in der Wohnung bleiben, da ich nach dem Praktikum wieder nach Stralsund ziehe.
Die Wohnung ist relativ geräumig, und hat zwei Fenster. Das Bad ist groß genug und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, inclusive Töpfe, Besteck usw.. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen.
