Da ich zu einer neuen Wohnung umziehe, lasse ich fast alles hinter. Somit muss der Nachmieter diese Sachen mit einem Preis von 2200 € übernehmen und wir werden eine Mieter-Nachmieter-Vereinbarung haben.

In der Nähe gibt es alles: Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Edeka x2, Tedi, dm x2.
In 5-10 Minuten kann man:
- S Bahn Feuersee und Schwabstraße
- U-Bahn Schwab-/Bebelstraße und Schloss-/Johannesstraße
